These Terms of Use (&#8220;Terms&#8221;) govern your use of our website products and Services (&#8220;Services&#8221;). IN NO EVENT WILL PRAVO\u00ae&#8217;S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED TWENTY U.S. DOLLARS ($20) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES PRAVO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> RECEIVES FROM YOU FOR USE OF THE PAID SERVICES WITHIN THE PAST SIX MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.<\/li>\n<li>You acknowledge and agree that the disclaimers and the limitations of liability set forth in this terms of use reflect a reasonable and fair allocation of risk between you and PRAVO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, and that these limitations are an essential basis to PRAVO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>&#8216;s ability to make the Services available to you on an economically feasible basis.<\/li>\n<li>You agree that any cause of action related to the Services must commence as described in the Services requirements of delivery. If your action is not made within the designated period, then such cause of action is permanently barred.<\/li>\n<li>You are allowed to use PRAVO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> Services as agreed. You are not allowed to do anything that violates Jordan national laws, regulations as well as your country or international law or breaches any of your contractual obligations or fiduciary duties.<\/li>\n<li>You are not allowed to share your password on our online learning platform, let anyone besides yourself access your account, or do anything that might put your account at risk, or do any attempt to access any other User&#8217;s account. Also, you are prohibited from having another user log in as you, nor attend to submit or complete your work including but not limited to exams, assessments, and learning activities.<\/li>\n<li>PRAVO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> prohibits the transfer, sell, resell, or misuse any content, material or published information from our Services, unless specifically authorized to do so.<\/li>\n<li>PRAVO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> bans any break of our authentication or security measures or otherwise test the vulnerability of our systems or networks, reverse engineer any portion of our Services, try to interfere with any user, host, or network, for example by sending a virus, overloading, spamming, or mail-bombing, or use our Services to distribute malware.<\/li>\n<li>PRAVO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> reserves the right to cancel, interrupt, reschedule, or modify any training program or courses packages offerings, assignments, quizzes, or other assessments, either solely, or in accordance with the certificate accreditation providers.<\/li>\n<li>PRAVO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> does not grant academic credit for the completion of Training courses and diploma programs.<\/li>\n<li>Your enrollment in any of PRAVO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> training programs or courses does not grant you any rights of the accreditation bodies or entitles you to use their resources except to the program and course offering you participated in and as described in your enrollment and subscription.<\/li>\n<li>You are responsible of any content, and information you provide which may be shared in your submitted homework, quizzes, exams, projects, messages, images, videos, forums, and any form of content, feedback or information you share with PRAVO instructors, trainees, and any third party. You retain all intellectual property rights in, and are responsible for, the User Content you create and share.<\/li>\n<li>PRAVO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> respects the intellectual property rights of its users, customers and third parties. You are prohibited from committing any act of plagiarism, including but not limited to, presenting work, content or ideas from another source as your own, with or without the consent of the original author, by incorporating them into your work without full acknowledgment thereof. Plagiarism also includes the practice of hiring or allowing someone else to alter or revise your work, and then presenting the work as your own. PRAVO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> encourages learners to discuss assessments among themselves, or with their teacher, and emphasizes that all assessment submissions must be original work undertaken independently by the learner.<\/li>\n<li>You are not allowed for sharing Services resources\u2019 other than described or authorized to do so. User received content from PRAVO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> or the submitted solutions made by the User to homework, quizzes, exams, projects, and other assessments are for the User individual use and not to be made for any public sharing.<\/li>\n<li>The use of unauthorized materials such as off-the-shelf electronic materials and generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools including, but not limited to, ChatGPT or similar software or applications, or the use of unauthorized equipment or devices in any work within PRAVO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>&#8216;s learning activities, is prohibited, unless permitted explicitly.<\/li>\n<li>We work to improve and enhance our Services, and this may cause adding, removing or changing some functions and requirements of PRAVO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> We may also stop or terminate the use of our Services for any reason. If any paid Services are stopped or terminated, users will receive a refund as per the payment terms applied to these Services.<\/li>\n<li>PRAVO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> do offer Services for free and paid fees. For both Services, user is obliged to respect all the published terms and policies. For the paid Services, the user must make the payment as per the instructions and amount of these Services. Fees may vary based on delivery mode and other factors, and therefore PRAVO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> reserves the right to change any fees at any time at its sole discretion or as received from third parties. If due payments are not made as instructed, PRAVO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> has the right to stop delivering you the service, as well as charge the full amount.<\/li>\n<li>For refund and cancellation policies, please note that our Services have different payment options. Please also be aware that we treat violations of our Terms of Use very seriously, and we have no obligation to provide refunds to users who violate these or other PRAVO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> policies, even if their requests are made within the specific refund period. Likewise, we have no obligation to provide late refunds to users who do not receive a passing grade for viewing content, or who are dissatisfied with their final score.<\/li>\n<li>PRAVO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> may offer special promotions or discounts (\u201cOffers\u201d). We determine the eligibility for these offers and reserve the right to cancel the offer if we determine that you are not eligible. Eligibility requirements, restrictions and other terms will be disclosed when you sign up for the Offer or in other communications made available to you.<\/li>\n<li>We reserve the right to change our pricing offering or modify the prices for our Services in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion and in accordance with the Certificate Instructions. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms, any price changes or changes to your fees will become effective upon notice to you.<\/li>\n<li>Job requirements, licenses, authorizations may vary for jobs, employers or per country. In saying so, PRAVO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> does not guarantee you upon completion of any training program a qualification, or a certificate, or a license. You are recommended to investigate further the requirements for your future intentions.<\/li>\n<li>PRAVO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> has the right solely or in coordination with Training Program Certification Provider, determine appropriate sanctions against a User based on the type of misconduct, the seriousness of the conduct, the risk of assessment, and any prior history of misconduct by a User.<\/li>\n<li>No refunds will be issued in the case of any corrective action for such violations. Honor Code violations will be determined at the sole discretion of PRAVO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> and PRAVO<sup>\u00ae <\/sup> You will be notified if a determination has been made that you have violated this Honor Code and you will be informed of the corresponding action to be taken as a result of the violation.<\/li>\n<li>We do use third party Services to provide various functionalities on PRAVO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> By agreeing to Our Terms of Service, you also expressly agree to the following third party terms and policies: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/t\/terms\">YouTube<\/a>\u00a0Terms of Service ; <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy\">Google<\/a>\u00a0Privacy Policy ; <a href=\"https:\/\/explore.zoom.us\/en\/trust\/legal-compliance\/\">Zoom Privacy<\/a>, Security, Legal Policies, and Modern Slavery Act Transparency Statement<u>; <\/u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/\">PayPal<\/a><\/li>\n<li>INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PRAVO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, Our participants, affiliates, officers, trainers, experts, students, fellows, agents and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, and damages (to the extent attributable to you under the applicable law), including reasonable attorneys&#8217; fees and costs, made by any third party related to: (a) your use or attempted use of the Services in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or rights of any third party; or (c) User Content, including without limitation any claim of infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property or other proprietary rights.<\/li>\n<li>GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE: Except as provided below, the Services are managed by Visual Consulting and Training Company which is located in Amman, Jordan. You agree that these Terms will be governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, excluding its conflicts of law provisions. In the event of any dispute related to these Terms that is not subject to binding arbitration, you and PRAVO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> will submit to the jurisdiction of Jordan as the legal forum for any such dispute.<\/li>\n<li>These Terms shall not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections under the law of the country to which we direct Services to you, where you have your habitual residence.<\/li>\n<li>SEVERABILITY; WAIVER: If any provision of these Terms is illegal, the invalidity of that provision will not affect any of the remaining provisions and this Term will be construed as if the illegal provision is not contained in the Terms.
