PRAVO^® had concluded a partnership agreement with Al-Balqa Applied University, The Consultations, Studies and Training Center from 2016 until 2019. As per this agreement, PRAVO^® had been assigned and authorized to design and conduct training programs in different specializations in Princess Alia University College in Amman, Faculty of Engineering Technology in Zarqa, Aqaba University College in Aqaba and The Consultations, Studies and Training Center in Salt. Upon completion of the training programs, trainees received a training certificate from the university that is authenticated by The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research-Jordan. Successfully, PRAVO^® has conducted many Training Diploma programs including: Childhood Education; Management of Clinics and Medical Centers; Electrical Installation and Solar Energy Technician; Programming and Operating CNC Machines; Air Conditioning and Heating Systems Engineering; Heavy Machinery Mechanic Technician; Human Resources Management and Administrative Development; Accounting Management and Auditing; and many others. The number of training hours ranged to (300) hours over one academic year on the university campus, which included specialized subjects as per the diploma program in addition to foundation courses in communication skills, computer skills, and work readiness skills (preparing CVs, preparing for job interviews, and job search strategies locally, regionally, and internationally using modern means). The training diploma also included a training period in a real work environment to enrich students’ knowledge, skills and experiences and increase their employability.
