Bridge Youth Job Seeker’ Labour Market Gap – International Youth Foundation (IYF) funded by USAID; 2013

The Youth for Future program is administered by the International Youth Foundation (IYF) and funded by The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) contracted PRAVO® in 2013 to train and equip youth job seekers with skills and technical training required to bridge the gap between the supply and demand in the Jordanian market targeted youth at risk in their environment between the age of 15-24 whether they are drooped-out from schools, and seeking a job (for both females and males). PRAVO® had participated in trainees’ selection, and then the selected youth received a comprehensive training program in “Hospitals Management and Medical Records). The training program included Soft Skills, Computer Skills, English Language Skills, and Core Technical Skills in addition to the apprenticeship period.
