PRAVO^® finalized a partnership agreement with Hashemite University, Center for Studies, Consulting and Community Service in 2012. The agreement continued for eight years until 2019. As per this agreement, PRAVO^® had been assigned and authorized to design and conduct training programs in different specializations on the university campus, in Zarqa city center and Amman center. Upon completion of the programs, trainees receive a training certificate from the university that is authenticated by The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research-Jordan. Successfully, PRAVO^® has conducted Training Diploma Programs and Short Training Courses in Financial and Banking Business Management; Interior Design and Decoration Engineering; Network Engineering; Surveying Engineering; Press and Media; Hospital Management and Medical Records; General Survey Engineering; Network Engineering; Business Administration and accounting; Human Resources Management; Learning Difficulties; Autistic Disorders; and many others. The number of training hours ranged from (150) to (400) hours, which included specialized subjects as per the diploma program in addition to foundation courses in communication skills, computer skills, and work readiness skills (preparing CVs, preparing for job interviews, and job search strategies locally, regionally, and internationally using modern means). The training diploma also included a training period in a real work environment to enrich students’ knowledge, skills and experiences and increase their employability.
