The International Labour Organization – PROSPECTS project contracted PRAVO^® executive expert (Dr. Nisreen Al-Disi), to coach and build the capacity of the Ministry of Education (MoE) Managers and counsellors in delivering career guidance services on the developed guides (My Future Career Path). As per this contract our expert had: provided (ToT) workshops for the core team composed of all Head Managers in the MoE on the developed career guidance and counselling guides; delivered ToT workshops and shadowing the trained trainers as they carry out some of the training content; strengthened the institutional capacity of the MoE at various levels to provide career guidance and counselling services in the public education system; built the capacity of counsellors to use the developed guides; prepared an action plan to follow up the implementation of the “My Career Path is My Future” guide for the target group in public schools within the Ministry (70% Jordanians and 30% Syrian refugees and other nationalities); coached and supported the core team to train counsellors in the three provinces for a number of around (1,600) counsellors, who delivered counselling sessions for more than 15,000 students in the northern, central and southern provinces.
