Reference to the commission from The Kingdom of The Netherlands to the Labour Market Oriented Vocational Education, Higher Education and Training (GIZ – MOVE-HET) project targeting training and upskilling of Jordanian youths to increase their economic participation and on behalf of the Ministry of Tourism and Culture and in co-operation with the Sector Council of Tourism and Hospitality, MOVHE-HET had contracted PRAVO^® in 2022 for the development of two nationally accredited short-term training curriculum. As per this contract, PRAVO^® had developed and revised the occupational profiles, and standards, of four adventure tourism occupations: Sports Climbing, Mountain Climbing, Canyon, Trekking, and Hiking; developed a nationally accredited training curriculum for the four occupations in the Tourism field including the core modules, speciality modules and field-based modules; developed a set of assessment and evaluation tools to measure how well educational outcomes are achieved. We also developed a soft skills curriculum for the hospitality sector including six modules: Communication, Etiquette and Customer Service, Leadership and delegation skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking, and Crisis Management.
