Training and Employment for Telecommunications Sector Graduates – ـJordan Ministry of Labour; 2011 – 2019

PRAVO® agreed with The Jordan Ministry of Labour (MoL) in 2014 for the Training and Employment of Telecommunications Sector Graduates. Under this agreement, The Ministry of Labor is concerned with implementing programs to train and employ job seekers among Jordanian citizens in institutions and companies operating in the Jordanian market, and PRAVO® Company is looking to contribute to reducing unemployment among Jordanian youth through training and employing unemployed recent graduates within the specializations of communications and information technology. As per this agreement, PRAVO® had received apprentices (Job seekers) from Amman and other governorates. The apprenticeship period was for 12 months to enable the apprentice to acquire the competencies required to work through structured remunerated/financially compensated training. Upon completing this apprenticeship period, many apprentices who showed outstanding skills were employed as full – time job employees in PRAVO® company or in other companies.
