The collected information is solely used to grant you access to online courses on our online learning platform at www.pravo.academy. Your personal data remains stored for the duration of your enrollment in online courses. Course-related data is retained for 6 months post-course completion, while profile information is anonymized if the account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months.

Basic profile information is collected when you are interested to join us a consultant, expert or a trainer including:
Personal Information including: First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Country of Residence, Address, Email, Phone, LinkedIn Page, X Page, Your current employment status.
Qualifications including: Degree, Institution Name, Institute Country, Year, Major Specialty, Minor Specialty.
Accreditations including: Accreditation Name, Institute Name, Institute Country, Issue Date, Expiry Date, Brief Description.
Professional Work Experience: Company/Project Name, Country, Job Title, Years in Job, Job Responsibilities, Achievements.
Core Competencies, Functional Competencies, Resume, Picture,
Other related information may also be collected.
What information is collected on online learning platform website?
Basic profile information is collected from you when you create your account including your full name, email address, city/town, country and mobile phone.
When you enroll in a training program, more information will be collected including trainee full name, qualifications, user, interests, education, ID, languages proficiency, IT literacy levels and other information depending on the training program type and level.
As you use the site, information about the users, courses, activities and resources you interact with will also be stored and linked to your profile information.
How is this information used?
The information collected on our company website is used for reviewing consultants, trainers and experts qualifications and experiences for possible future collaboration. These information will be shared with assigned certificate authorization entity where and when needed.
The information collected on our online learning platform is used to provide you access to the online courses on this site and for issuing certificate(s) as described in the course information.
How long is my data stored?
Consultants, trainers and experts information will be kept long enough for its stated purpose, and will be deleted after it’s been used to fulfill its stated purpose.
User personal data on our online learning platform is stored as long as you are enrolled in one or more online courses on this site. Course data is deleted 6 months after the end date for each course and profile information will be anonymised when an account has not been accessed for 12 consecutive months.
