Dr. Al-Disi assumed her current responsibilities at PRAVO^® in 2009. She is now leading the company through dynamic evolution and personal advancement.

Dr. Al-Disi spent time in a variety of industries before the establishment of PRAVO^®‘s, including the pharmaceutical industry, telecommunications, and information technology.

She has over 24 years of diverse work experience in management, leadership, business development, consulting, training, and education roles in different countries and regions, including: The United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Greece, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Jordan, Yemen, Syria, Qatar, Turkey, Pakistan, India, Hong Kong, China, and Japan.

Utilizing her exceptional skills for gaining stakeholder buy-in through the deployment of acquainted tactics, procedures, and language for heightened comfort and engagement toward project success. Dr. Al-Disi also succeeded in leading and managing a wide range of consulting and training projects in education, TVET, employment, capacity building, and professional ethics.

She is a member of The Arab Trainers Union, Jordan Trainers Society, National Career Development Association, Asia Pacific Career Development Association, United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), International Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (UNEVOC), Women’s Empowerment Principles, and International Association for Educational and Vocational Guidance (IAEVG).

Dr. Al-Disi holds a Philosophy Degree (PH.D.) in Curriculum and Teaching from the University of Jordan, and is a certified Developing A Curriculum (DACUM) Facilitator and Systematic Instructional Design (SCID) from Ohio State University, a TVET Internal Excellence Assessor from LIoyod’s register, a certified Facilitating Career Development (FCD) instructor from the National Career Development Association (NCDA), USA. She is also a publicist as a main author or a co-author.
